Shipping policy

Ready-to-Ship Products

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation.
• Once shipped, delivery typically takes an additional 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

Made-to-Order Products

• Custom or made-to-order pieces are individually crafted after your order is placed.
• Please allow up to 30 days from the order date for manufacturing and delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is carefully made or sourced, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• You receive an item that is materially different from what was advertised, or
• The product arrives damaged due to shipping.

If you believe your order qualifies, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We'll review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
