Returns & Refunds Policy

At Grey Objects, we believe in creating thoughtful, long-lasting pieces. As many of our products are limited-run or made to order, all sales are final.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general wear and tear.

A return or replacement will only be considered if:

• The item received is materially different from the product advertised, or
• The product arrives damaged during transit.

To request a review, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and its packaging

Refunds

If your claim is approved after review, we will offer one of the following, at our discretion:

• A replacement product (where available), or
• A full refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Made-to-Order Products

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has begun, except where the delivered product is materially different from what was advertised or arrives damaged.
